Large room. Very clean. Good mattresses. Good lighting. Quiet. Pleasant desk personnel at check in. This will go on my list of places to return to. Couple of opportunities: there is no hook for towels in the bathroom. There was originally one on the back of the bathroom door, but it was broken off. The mattresses are so high off the floor, I had to crawl up to get in the bed. Not everyone is 6’ tall.

This hotel, by far, was one of the best Comfort Inns we have ever stayed. Every area of the hotel, from the bathroom, bedroom, to the foyer, was spotless. The front desk was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The towels were plush. We would definitely stay again.

Family of 4 very pleased. Great hot tub & pool!!
Room was big and comfortable bed etc ac was nice and cool. Bathroom ok. Pool and hot tub super refreshing - that was the reason we stayed. Would recommend and stay again!!

We stayed here during the TWHNC and had a great experience here! The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly. The location is great. The room was very pretty, quiet, and comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic - so relaxing! The only reason for the 4 star was that the breakfast wasn’t SUPER tasty but it wasn’t terrible either. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

We arrived here late at night. Front desk receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms was big and I couldn’t believe the great price for such a big room! Hallways smelled amazing! Free breakfast. Very clean and felt very safe being there with my family. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you :)

这不是一个好的住宿地点。服务台工作人员撒谎，不提供帮助。房间很脏，食物放在冰箱里而且噪音很大，微波炉门上有个洞，看起来好像有人在里面炸了什么东西，沙发的垫子上好像有什么东西污渍，灯要么需要换新灯泡要么坏了，早餐是碳水化合物盛宴。我确实打电话询问了冰箱的情况，因为滴答作响的声音让我很焦虑，他们告诉我维修人员第二天会来更换。第二天我被问到“你真的需要冰箱吗？”我从星期五住到星期一。所以整个旅程都没有冰箱或微波炉。我要求换到另一个房间，但被拒绝了。我可以换房间，但这意味着我必须再次打扫房间，由于房间打扫得不够彻底，我到达后花了 30 分钟打扫，所以我拒绝了，但是他们也没有为这个问题提供任何补偿。早餐很普通，但种类不多：华夫饼、蛋粉、饼干、香肠、肉汁、酸奶、煮鸡蛋、燕麦片、苹果、橙子、贝果和面包。他们也提供果汁和咖啡。位置不错，但镇上那边有很多酒店。不知道这家酒店住过之后怎么能打4.0分。
默弗里斯伯勒最棒的住宿地。干净、现代、室内保险箱、位置便利、员工热情友好。从快捷便利的商店到精致的餐厅和高档商店，这里琳琅满目的购物选择应有尽有。周边环境也非常优美。不妨去试试，我保证你不会失望。

我们下午2:45到达酒店。由于酒店紧邻喧闹的街道，我们要求入住四楼一间安静的房间。办理入住的女士说，她可以安排四楼或安静一侧的房间，但不能同时安排。我们认为她态度不好。她说四楼/安静一侧的房间还没准备好，而且现在是下午2:45，而不是3点。我们说可以等到下午3点（入住时间），但她说她不知道房间什么时候能准备好。她甚至不能给我们一个大概的时间。经过协商，我们选择了四楼一间比较吵闹但远离交通噪音的房间。房间最终很安静，但有一些问题。马桶冲水不畅。它冲不掉卫生纸，请原谅我解释这一点，但我们确实需要在办完事后使用卫生纸。所以我最后下楼去了那里的卫生间，这还好，因为我们只住了一晚。房间里的咖啡机坏了，办公椅也坏了。房间里的其他一切都很好。退房时，没有有人问我们入住体验如何（和入住时问我们的是同一位女士）。早餐和Comfort Inn/Suites品牌的早餐差不多。总而言之，这家Comfort Suites确实有一些优点，如果客户服务到位，还有很大的潜力。
