We ve been trying hotels by our son new home. And this one is by far the best we have found. There is a person at front desk all the time!! That’s major now!! And the breakfast was wonderful even on thanksgiving.
Room was very nice. Loved the outlets in headboard. And full length mirror in room. Shower head was amazing! Extra very nice towels.
Excellent hotel I will try again!!

Everything was wonderful. Only thing was the room did have a weird smell.. i think it was the air condition they had wasnt working well... but otherwise really great service well equipped. I was happy

The secondary lock on the door was missing. I made the front desk aware and she seemed unconcerned. The mini fridge didn't work either. The girl at the front desk seemed confused by everything I told her

Our goal is that you have a great stay! However, we our happy you pointed this out so we could correct immediately.

There was gnats and trash in my room. A staff member approached me and said I could fill my water bottle. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Did you report the trash in your room to the front desk so they could take care of immediately? I am confused about the water bottle unless they were trying to be helpful letting you know we have ice water to fill water bottles. Our goal is that you have a great stay.

Sausage patties were pretty gross. Eggs were very good. Would have been nice to have had a choice on meat or a different meat each day.
