The room was not as clean as we would have liked. There was a strange odor in the room throughout our stay. However, the staff was very courteous and helpful.

The staff was very nice especially Jess who was very kind and sweet at the front desk. The room is amazing and had everything i needed will definitely return in the near future

Unbelievable experience – property damage, false accusations, and extra charges!
I stayed at this property for a total of 6 weeks for business and even changed rooms once during my stay. In my last room, I reported a ceiling leak to the hotel. Despite notifying them, the issue was never addressed — and on my last day, the ceiling completely caved in. Debris from the collapse fell onto my personal belongings, damaging over $2,000 worth of items.
Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel falsely accused me of leaving the already damaged room in poor condition. To make things worse, they withheld my deposit and charged my card an additional $30.25 for “extra cleaning services.”
After all the business and money I gave them, this is how I was treated. Loss of property and more money taken from me in the end. I get that times are tough and budgets are tight — but do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

The main issues were too much traffic noise from I90, and the mattress needs replacing, it has a body divot.

It started with the reservation. They only had one room when I clearly had a reservation for two (which I showed the desk clerk). He got me a second room. The room I got (135) had a distinct odor when I got in. Thinking the air conditioner would clear it, I cranked the air. Only later did I realize that the odor was coming FROM the AC unit, so I shut it off and opened a window. The state of the room was not bad, but every surface had a greasy film on it, obviously from a cursory wipe by housekeeping with a well-used rag. The bathroom seemed recently updated, yet the shower head was loose and leaking. And the coffee maker did not work. On the plus side, the bedding was clean and the property was quieter than many of the pricier hotels in which I’ve stayed. Still, I will not be a return guest.

Bathroom floor sinking; I think the subfloor has rotted away. The shower should be a hand held unit versus single spray head. Finally, the mattress needs to be replaced, it’s just subpar with respect to comfort.

Room was dingy. However the bathroom and actual bed were clean!! But The couch smelled as if it was soaked in human Urine!! Making it unbearable and unusable.

Snubbed at the door
I arrived to check in at 10:15 pm and found the reception desk closed and locked up. When I called the house phone, the on duty staff said that they couldn’t check me in after 10 pm.
Nowhere in my emails from you or the hotel indicated a 10 pm close of the front desk.
