The staff was great checking in/out only thing was the place last around were a little off but there place was great just wish had more things

Jashan is the friendliest and was so helpful. Everyone made our stay comfortable, regardless of what we needed. We will stay here again, made us feel like we are at home

First they tried to give someone my room while I was still in it. So as I’m getting undressed for bed someone is trying to get into my room! I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get it straightened out. There was a bandaid with a Cotten ball on it over the peephole on the door. Upon leaving she tried to keep my $50 deposit because I used the wash cloth for its intended purpose and washed my face and it had makeup on it!

Over looked over booked no room waited forever !!
When arriving at the hotel we went in n revived our key card for the room. We went to our room to find out someone was all ready in the room 😳. Wound up going back to the office to end up in another room went to the room couldn’t get in the room. Was not happy was traveling most of the day ! We chose this hotel to travel to because we had to bring our son to his next service for the national guard ! I was dissatisfied because My Soldier was exhausted and we had to stand out side for approximately a hour and a half or more to get in a room ! First room someone had all ready second room door wouldn’t open ! My son serves this country I figured a little respect even a discount would had been nice !! But oh well I guess ! Will be better prepared next time !!!

Not a place for the family!!!!!
room was clean, staff was great. Our door to our room wasnt built properly and had a huge gap at the bottom of the door. asked to change rooms and was allowed but every other room we looked at had the same problem.
