Air conditioning was good - room was clean & neat - thrown off a little by the :’virtual’ check in/ out. Condition of exterior a little worn - good stay & overall value

The check in process which was virtual person which connected you to a real person on a Zoom like meeting. While I understand the need, this just didn't work for me. I have partial hearing loss and I simply could not understand his directions. The room they initially provided had water under the desk which apparently was from a burst pipe in the room above. They quickly moved me to another room and assisted me with my luggage, which was greatly appreciated being handicapped

the staff was very good and helpful the hallway/lobby entrance was filthy there was confusion with my room i had to wait for them to find me another room so I didnt feel real safe being by myself when I noticed there was no staff at the desk just a robot ??? or someone over the intercom??? very strange

Stay anywhere else....trust me.
The key to my room wouldn't work, so I was told that I would have to find another hotel. It was late at night and everything else was booked. Motel 6 refused to try to find another solution and just said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". The motel appeared very dirty anyway.

Room was clean, staff was attentive. Air conditioning was working well. The lobby, hallways, and elevator were a bit filthy. No continental breakfast, just coffee.

Got to hotel late and used a kiosk to get checked into our rooms. Honestly took longer than if someone was there. Check out was just as bad. No one at the front desk and the kiosk person had an empty chair for 15minutes before we just left the key on the desk. Rooms were ok, could have been cleaner. Hotel door lock did not work.

酒店有点旧了。房间相当简单,但床很舒服,房间也很干净,电视节目选择也很多。不过,有些地方确实需要深度清洁,因为暖气口的灰尘非常多(见图片)。淋浴热水充足,水压也很好。毛巾对我来说还行,但它们确实有点薄和小。办理入住时,我注意到前台有洗发水小包装,但房间里只提供了洗手液小包装。房间里没有提供饮用水,也没有饮水机可以灌水瓶。酒店或许可以考虑在大堂放置一台饮水机。酒店描述给人的印象是不能停车,但实际上有充足的停车位。它靠近一个发展成熟的区域,附近有很多餐馆。不过,它位于一个有点偏僻的地方,所以最适合有车的旅客。下午4点半(入住时间是下午3点)我的房间还没准备好,这让我有点失望,但那天酒店人手不足。我接触到的工作人员都很有礼貌,并且尽力提供帮助。
人们最主要的担忧可能是安全问题。酒店位于一条安静街道的尽头,酒店外灯火通明。然而,很多房间都是朝向室外的,酒店里也没有看到保安人员。这确实是一家经济型酒店,很多住客看起来也比较粗犷。我个人觉得还好,但有些人可能会觉得不舒服,特别是独自旅行的女性。
我会考虑再次预订,但仅限于短期且经济实惠的住宿。
住得还可以,选择这家酒店主要是因为地理位置、宠物政策和价格。整体还行。
