The room was filty and very unsanitary. From razors being left behind, hair ledt in the tube, and pee on the seat of the toilet to name a few. The staff we not present durring after hrs and was not able to assist. I will never stay there again

This was overall a horrible experience. My wife and I chose this hotel because it was close to where we moved. After moving for 2 days and not getting any sleep, my wife and I just wanted to take a shower and rest. We packed our bag and headed up the street and was met with the dirtiest room I have ever experienced. The bathroom had not been cleaned (the trash can was not emptied and the tissue had been rolled around in a bunch), there was mold on the tub and there were blankets of dust on appliances such as the heater and smoke detector. We did not feel comfortable using the bathroom and showering so we just laid in the bed fell asleep with our clothes on. We left the hotel sooner than checkout but the office was closed so we just came back when the office opened to check out. I took pictures of the room as proof. Honestly if I could rate this a zero, I would. I would like a full refund due to this experience.

The room was decent. Staff were courteous. If needed help staff was there the help out with anything required. Had a nice stay.

There were no towels in the room. There was no shower curtain for the shower. The bed was lumpy.

Note at desk stating: on break be back in 30 minutes attic 8:00. No bathroom in lobby. Had to drive to a restaurant down the street to use theirs and then come back to check in.

FRONT DESK SHUTS DOWN @10pm, NO ONE AVAIL TO HELP!
My Key card did not work when I returned after 10pm. The front desk was shut down, no one available to assist me. I called a hotel number, the lady put me on hold for 10+ minutes, she never came back, I hung up. I called an again, the man said it would be 10+ min before someone would arrive to redo my key card. It took more than 30 min to resolve the issue. There were 2 other guests that also had issues but no one ON SITE, to handle them. Running a hotel with NO FRINT DESK PERSON AFTER 10pm means BAD SERVICE for guests. A REALLY BAD IDEA!!!

Don’t get me wrong the staff was very kind, but the state of the place was really gross. Lots of trash in hallways the room itself felt so unclean. Not to mention we were missing half our closet door and the other half was broken mirror. Don’t even want to mention the laundry room.
