Shower had no pressure
No water pressure in the shower and the sink. Like taking a shower in a water fountain.

Zero housekeeping during our stay
Aside from the cockroach in the bathroom, the room was fine. Decent amount of space and the beds were comfortable. It was also quiet throughout our stay. We were there four nights and a note in the bathroom said housekeeping service had to be requested, which I find ridiculous. It also said there would be full housekeeping service after the 3rd night. We came back to our room that evening and there had been no service. We had to empty our own trash and go get more towels and toilet paper. That’s terrible service overall and such an inconvenience. Honestly, it’s a deal breaker for me. I would choose a different hotel in this area in the future. We paid for service we didn’t receive.

本来最后一晚酒店,之前有这个品牌不错体验。但是这次非常失望,床中间塌陷,电梯坏了,前台扫雪工具也不舍得给住客用,还有早餐服务,卫生,都不理想
员工服务非常好。
