Please check your cameras and see how the front desk lady, Denise treated me like garbage. I didn’t feel safe to stay there and left the property in less than 2 hours and stayed at my friend’s house in oakbrook

Rug and couch could have used a cleaning, musty smell. It rained one night and water was coming in through the windows, needs repair. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

The front desk clerk was the nicest part of my stay, but even he stood behind a locked glass panel.

If you get to this hotel before check in time, good luck getting anything out of it. The front desk opens at 10am and you need a keycard to get into the lobby, there's no bathrooms available before you get to your room and the dont allow luggage to be held at the front desk. The floors of the room are sticky and the only amenity they provide is a soap bar. They only saving grace of the hotel is the front desk attendant Justin, who is by far the kindest hotel employee I've ever dealt with. He saved my trip. The employee before Justin said no to literally every interaction I heard. Im not sure why that person was even there it felt like talking to a wall.

The rooms were dirty and the hall smelled.I had to buy cleaning products to clean my room the towels were dirty had to buy some. My family members had the same problems and on of the rooms the door would not lock. Will never go there again and we were there for our brothers funeral it was terrible, tub was dirty and stained black all around it.

No one at check in, waited 45 miniutes to have someone show up. Keys would not work. I was helped and told I needed to lift shimmy the handle to open the door. This did not work even with hotel assistance. New room, no hangers, no iron, no iron board, tv did not work (2 calls about the tv - no one showed up to correct, no shampoo
