Hotel has a nice heated pool it was the whole reason I stayed I arrived and they told me it was closed for the day for chemical cleaning and believably annoying there's nothing else really special about this hotel

This was our second stay at the Best Western in Kingston. We enjoyed it so much the first time, when we we're planning another trip upstate we knew that this Best Western was going to be the hotel we stayed at for the night mid journey.
We love the indoor courtyard with the pool and arcade, it bring a little something different and special to the hotel that if you want to get out of your room but the weather isnt so nice or you dont want to go out on the town its a nice little space to walk around and enjoy with the family.
Room was clean and staff was very helpful with any requests we had.
Breakfast now is about $18.00 instead of being free but I overheard staff say it was to deter theft from people not staying in the hotel...some people ruin things for the rest of I guess.
Maybe there's away to include it with the room and give people a breakfast pass. $18.00 per person is a lot for a basic continental breakfast of just bagels, yogurt and waffles etc.

I was surprised that there was a $25 early check-in fee before 3:00 p.m., but I do understand the policy since people will take advantage of the beautiful pool and atrium as soon as they can.

房间宽敞干净
我之前申请了提前入住，因为前一晚酒店客满，他们说如果有人提前退房，就会尽快把房间准备好给我，他们也确实做到了。服务非常周到。房间很干净，床也很舒服。早餐有冷热食可供选择，并且一直都在不断补充和保持整洁。酒店还有一个大泳池、弹珠游戏室和室内的休息区。非常不错的一个地方。
房间有点难找，在酒店北边40号。员工都非常友好。泳池区域太棒了！！光是在泳池就能玩一整个假期。早餐也很好吃。
旅途愉快
这是我住过最糟糕的饭店之一。
我们入住期间（10/11–13），睡了一晚后早上当我趴在床上才赫然发现 122 号房的床充满尿骚味。我竟然整晚睡在 渗透尿液的床垫上，连身体、睡衣、女儿的小被子都沾染了尿味，令人作恶又崩溃。
我早上 10 点打电话到前台，结果 柜台人员态度恶劣、毫无同理心，甚至责怪我为何没在前一晚发现问题。我解释床看起来很干净、根本无法察觉，但他们仍拒绝处理，只叫我等中午找经理。
虽然第二天晚上终于更换了新房间，但已经对此酒店的卫生管理失去任何信心，心里充满阴影…
另一间 114 号房 的沙发床完全没有床单、枕头、棉被，连续要求几次都没送来，导致我朋友只能睡在没有任何床上用品的沙发上。
更夸张的是，明明订房包含早餐，柜台却拒绝提供早餐券。
最恶心的是，因为物品遗留在第一晚的122房间，当我第三天中午退房后返回122房间寻找遗留物品时，看到了完全没有经过任何处理、依旧充斥尿骚味的床垫、及铺在肮脏床垫上面的干净床单。
整体住宿经验极度恶心、失望、且缺乏基本服务。
我将 永不再入住任何 Best Western 饭店，也强烈建议大家避开这间。
早餐要另外付费，而且很贵。浴室的墙纸都翘起来了。
