I have been staying an extended period of time. I have no complaints. The staff are all excellent. Ivy is a great manager. The rest of the staff are all wonderful. They accommodate all of your needs when they can. They truly make you feel welcome. I look forward to my remaining time here

I came into this property at the end of a snowy day. I had a terrible time getting my luggage into the lobby. I found the lobby sterile and unwelcoming. It took a while to be greeted. I went to my room and found it totally unsatisfactory. The sink in the bath was stained with makeup. The kitchen had no plates, silver, pots or anything to use to prepare food. The smell of the whole building was bad. There are no pictures on the wall or anything that might make it feel like a place you would like to live in for a while. I left and went to another hotel within 30 minutes.
