We never really had any service done to our room which was really confusing - no new towels or anything at all

The stay was very nice!!! Clean and breakfast was ok. The only difficulty we had is that there was no available cart to carry our luggage, luckily the front desk changed our room to be on the first floor

Had to flush the toilet 3 times just to go down, the carpet in the room by the hot tub was all tore up.

All good except that the toilet in the room was meant for a child. It was so low to the floor that it was difficult to stand up. Most adults would prefer a higher rise seat.

Yuck
Not a good stay. Hopefully they will get things into better condition. I was too tired or I would have left as soon as I got there. Room just felt yucky. Couch had bad stains. Sink was dirty. I left after I got up the next day. Breakfast was gross and messy. The girl that was attending it was busy playing on her phone. The manager was nice when I asked for a refund for my second night since I was leaving. If I was the manager I would have refunded both nights after seeing the photos.

This property had great reviews and that’s why I chose it!! It lived up to all those great reviews-clean, comfy beds, and a good breakfast!! Love the water next to the coffee as it’s easy to fill your water bottle for your trip!! Great place and I would stay here again!

还不错，经济实惠！离Walmart超市也挺近，1购物也方便！酒店含免费的早餐，美式早餐！简便方便，有游泳池！
酒店不错。因为我们只住了一晚，所以清洁度还不错。离奥特莱斯购物中心很近。
