The website made this place look so much nicer than it was. Water stains on the floor. Plastic hanging from the ceiling on back side of building. The hot/cold was backwards in the shower. Was not impressed and will not return. Had to wait at window for 15 minutes, appeared the clerk was napping. Mattress was like sleeping on floor, tv had a crack down the middle of screen. Would not pay to stay here!

We stayed here for the Galveston Oktoberfest and it was hands-down the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had.
The shower didn’t work at all. We tried turning the handle multiple times until it literally came off the wall. When we told the front desk, the woman said, “Well, you should’ve checked it when you checked in.” Sorry, but we checked in at 1:30 and immediately went to work — we didn’t need a shower until nearly midnight.
The couch was so stained it looked like a crime scene.
Cockroaches everywhere. When we showed the front desk photos of dead roaches, she just stared and said nothing after denying they existed.
Sheets were stained.
The entire room looked like it had been through a bar fight — broken fixtures, patchy “repairs,” filth everywhere.
They refused to refund or move us to another room. And ******* was no help either — they just called the motel, were told “no refunds,” and said “Sorry.”
We’ll never stay at a Studio 6 again and we won’t be booking through ******* again either. Both were a complete failure in customer service and accountability.

This place was disgusting. Stuff falling apart and burn holes in the bed even though it was a smoke free room.

if it’s last minute and there’s no other opens then stay here if you’re not picky wouCar was fine in parking lot safe area.

I looked at the photos of this motel before booking. It looked like a nice place for a decent price. We paid just under $300 for the weekend. The roof was covered in a white plastic, the numbers were taped on the walls, the doors were sanded down probably waiting to be painted. The room itself wasnt bad other than a few things. The mattress was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, the sink didnt drain well and the tub didnt have the stopped in place and i couldnt get it in place to stop up the tub. I feel like if the motel is under construction we should have been told before we booked. Didnt have much choice but to stay because there was no guarantee that i would have gotten my mondy back quick enough to book another place.

我一走进房间，就得把地上几只蟑螂弄死。游泳池里到处都是霉菌。从前门都能看到外面。浴室门也快散架了。在浴室里，我还看到更多小蟑螂爬进一个缝隙里。床单上全是污渍。周日早上醒来竟然没水……据说市政部门停水了一会儿。我再也不会住在这里了。
虽然不是五星级酒店，但非常干净，住得很愉快，还有游泳池。
房间干净整洁。配有大冰箱和炉灶。周边环境看起来也挺不错的。
