Staff was very nice but the room was in poor condition. Not clean and many of the fixtures were damaged. Stains on one of the mattresses.

I have been in several hotels in the lat fews weeks none compared to this site . Great customer service, friendly staff, amazing room. I slept so well like being home. Then breakfast the next day omelets bacon and some many other options. I would recommend this site to all who travel. They get 5 stars from me!

Did not get room service, ie: clean towels, change bedding, additional towels, no Kleenex in room. Also, the AC/Heating unit vents needed cleaning. Otherwise, staff was friendly And continual breakfast was doors

Dirty rag left in bathroom we noticed upon arrival. Crumbs on stove. One light not working, thin walls, hearing noise easily

I did the online check-in (which was a bit invasive, having to upload my ID) in an effort to save time and speed check-in. However, it made no difference. I had to essentially repeat the entire process. I would never use the online check-again. In person check-in was fine.

Bathroom was good. Nice shower. Beds were a bit hard. Woke up with back pain each morning. Room had some untreated damage to drywall corners and had a light bulb burned out near the bathroom and another one completely missing in the can light above the kitchenette. Staff was friendly.

Location was central to our needs. Easy access to fwy and streets. Property is decently maintained for its age. In room shower was fantastic! Parking slots are a tad narrow, especially for a large pickup. Breakfast prepared fresh in-house was very good.

前台没人告诉我们酒店正在施工。走廊很久没吸尘了，一股很重的霉味。我们房间需要重新粉刷，浴室门也该换了。酒店免费早餐从来都不怎么样，但这家的尤其差。更糟糕的是，周六早上七点就被施工噪音吵醒了。非常不满意！
