Very dated, room (I think it was the carpet) smelled terrible. We asked the front for an extra pillow and never got it. Bed was not comfortable.

Poor customer services and few female Spanish ladies staff are rude and unprofessional. Poor location and people searching dumpster within the hotel area. Feel unsafe

Found at check in our room was given away to another guest due to lack of verification of ID/Guest info..
First room we were placed in had white stains on the couch and found a fairly large cockroach climbing on the cabinet. Hallways reek of cigarette smoke, even though clearly marked "no smoking" all over. We were moved to a new room that was ok (no bugs found) since it was late and no options close by allowing pets.. Property does not look like the pictures posted online when booking the stay. Overall disappointed. There is a sign in lobby stating they are remodeling so hopefully they will make needed improvements.

After checking in and going to the room, the room assigned had not been cleaned, so I had to go and get another room. The breakfast was good, and Wyndham is doing a pretty good job with keeping the hotel
房间干净整洁，新装修的浴室，员工也很友好，入住手续办理得很顺利。除了早餐不是所说的自助餐形式，其他一切都很好。
前台没人告诉我们酒店正在施工。走廊很久没吸尘了，一股很重的霉味。我们房间需要重新粉刷，浴室门也该换了。酒店免费早餐从来都不怎么样，但这家的尤其差。更糟糕的是，周六早上七点就被施工噪音吵醒了。非常不满意！
酒店的早餐挺用心的！
