Room carpet appeared dirty. Dresser and Table edges were very worn showing compressed board interior. Nightstand lamps were not working because they were not plugged in. I found the outlet behind the head of the bed. There was no cover and the outlet was not fully secured. The shower went from hot to cold to hot; not comfortable.

There water wasn’t hot it took forever just to get warm water. Our room was never cleaned and our beds weren’t made garbage wasn’t emptied we had to go to the front desk ourselves for new towels. The tv couldn’t keep a signal for more than five minutes at a time. It was horrible.

Smelled terrible of mold and cigarettes and every inch was dirty. Even the walls and ceilings were filthy. The staff complained about being understaffed and “nobody wanting to work.” Absolutely disgusting.

The front desk staff were cordial and friendly, however the hotel room and its surroundings were quite an abomination. The room was filthy and smelly and unkept. There were problems with almost every aspect of the room’s condition. The bed was very uncomfortable, all of the furniture, walls carpets were stained and chipped. The shower had no real functional head and the tub mat was old and slippery. It was not a pleasant experience. This hotel needs to be checked for quality control and safety.

It was just a quick business trip... I really only slept there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I don't really eat breakfast, so that wasn't important to me.

BED BUGS. The room was dirty and when I alerted the night clerk, they told me only a manager could refund the stay. Whenever I called they were evasive and told me different hours that a manager would be on hand.

The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email. This was sent to ******* who then told me I'd be reimbursed only for the days I didn't stay there. 0 star Super 8 and 0 star *******
不用过高要求,作为快捷酒店已经不错了。隔音较差,晚上楼上随便走动一下楼下听到的动静很大。自驾的话停车场大,非常方便。
