Tv didnt work, balcony door was missing the outside handle and trying to close was very hard and the screws that were showing were sharp. There were no blankets available in the room. The pillows were ok.

The staff support lacking with there deposit i still hwbe a pending charge on my account since 10/31/25 when i called they said they released it and said they was going to email me yne details never did called again the receptionist told me the manager was gonna call me never did still waiting

Room was clean but it stunk tried leaving but I would have gotten charged so had to step out and get air fresheners. Made me uncomfortable the whole stay

Liked restaurant. Everything else poor. Balcony door no handle to get back in. Spider webs all over ceiling. No wifi. Locked door to room hard time to unlock. Bugs yes bugs. One in bathroom but when one was on bed thank god was last night. Tv wouldnt work 1st night 2nd night we had to call 2x before someone would come up.We reported everything before we went out for day and NOONE came up to fix anything. Never never again stay away room 223
