*Although they advertise breakfast, they only provide coffee and juice - no muffins or pastry!
* Maintenance issues - receptacle loosely holds plugs, bathroom door knob falling apart, Bathroom door cracked on edge and held together by screws, Mold apparent on ceiling above beds and in bathroom / on nightstand beteen beds, bathroom door and hinges severely rusted!
* No parking on right side of the hotel with large grass areas and little parking. Need to install parking on right side of hotel.
*NEVER replaced towels throughout our stay (3 days)!
* Although appreciated, shower head is a high flow shower head - Installing a low flow shower head would save water and hot water and avoid issues with no hot water.

The door seal around the front door of my room did not seal the door, therefor, when my neighbor went outside to smoke it would come into my room.There was no breakfast as stated. Only coffee.

Room is great if you just need a place to sleep. Water pressure is really low. The usb plug ins on the bedside tables were broken. Nice fridge/kitchenette. We won’t stay again though. We will find something newer and nicer.

Best beach motel on the gulf!
I've been to a few beach adjacent motels along the gulf, from Texas to Florida and thus far this has been the best. Not only are we coming back, but you're stuck with us!

Rooms were moldy and filled with mildew. Staff was great with trying to accommodate and very understanding but overall the rooms were filthy.

The room was spotless. Parking super easy. Able to walk to different food places and different stores. Felt safe in the area
And very close to Navarre beach it was maybe an 8 minute drive or less.

Never cleaned the room. And never changed the bedding. We had to sleep in sand for 5 nights. Even asked for a full clean service for the room and only got 1 rag and 1 towel.

Don’t know where to start front desk lady was so rude smoking in the front desk rooms was nasty clog toilets no clean towels the pool was lock when we asks then we saw other people getting to used the pool it was so bad that we left one before ower time which was one day before the check out we wasted all that money y’all expeder really disappointed me this time i used you guys two to three times a year but this was the worse I am so sorry about this situation
