This isn't the most convenient location. It took me a couple of days to feel comfortable coming and going. The area surrounding the property was very commercial, and freeway access is limited. The hallways required a good vacuuming, as did the floor in my room. The staff was the best, especially Jackson, who checked me in and remembered my name. I found it most convenient to take Uber.

Dirty rooms and poor customer service
First arrived to check-in, desk personnel was nice, we checked in and was directed how to get to room. We got to room just to enter a dirty room, room attendants did not clean. Beds were not made. Towels all on the floor in room and bathroom. We went downstairs and told desk clerk clerk she immediately switched us to a new room apologetic. Next room was clean. However we needed a roll away bed and they wanted to charge us $30. I told them to just take it out of the inconvenience of first room not meeting hotel and our standards. Hotel attendant said they couldn’t do it. Even to accommodate our bad experience? They said no new owners won’t allow it. I said this won’t be a good review then. She didn’t like that.

Bad Experience
At check in I was not greeted. He only asked for my ID. When I got to the room I wanted to call because he did not give the WiFi password or tell me what time breakfast was or anything. When I called and asked what time it opened for breakfast he said 7am and then hung up immediately. I had to call back and ask him how long it was and he answered and then hung up. I finally decided to go to the office because i wanted more blankets and pillows and when I got there and told him that he keeps hanging up way to fast, he said well if your on your way here then you can ask. The beds were rock hard and all the pillows were so lumpy that I felt like I could have slept better on the ground. The place was older and not too bad of a set up but I don’t think we would ever recommend this place to anyone. The continental breakfast was ok, not horrible but there was no juice options at all.
