The staff were the best part of the stay. Very kind and helpful. The rooms were austere, clean, and a little under resourced. Kitchen with no dining utensils. An freezer with no ice trays? I understand these may make things hard to maintain. I just don't understand all the cupboard space without any tools to use.

Cockroaches in bathroom, no house keeping was done, thin walls with loud neighbors, people above us stomping non-stop, the air conditioner was extremely loud, our room phone didn’t work, bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, other small insects/beetles by our bed (room #201)
Would not recommend anyone to come here.

We want to reassure you we do everything possible to discourage the entrance of outside insects mentioned. Our pest control provider does service our hotel on a routine basis. Room was clean and plenty of space. Booked this hotel because it stated Breakfast was included They don’t offer any breakfast at all. Had a pack meaning one pack of oatmeal and coffee that’s it. Had to stop on our way out for something to eat
