然后,酒店有无烟区和房间。但房间里弥漫着一股烟味。第一晚我根本睡不着。所以,第一晚过后,我就退房了,又找了另一家酒店。
我们通过 ******* 预订了一套两室套房。我到了之后,他们问你是否预订了两间房,我说没有。他们说,哦,如果你通过 ******* 预订,并且预订了一间有两张床的房间,而我们没有,我们会给你两间房。这对我来说不行,因为我和女儿在一起。他们还告诉我,房间里有一张带床的沙发,他们可以给我拿毯子和枕头。当我们进入房间时,里面只有一把椅子和一张床,没有折叠沙发。浴室水槽的台面上有某种粘性物质,我不得不把它擦掉。唯一的好事是前台的人真的很好。非常失望,不值我付的钱。
适合短暂过夜,环境不错
前台女士非常友好,办事效率高。房间很干净,酒店外部也很干净。浴室水槽排水不畅,但我们只住了一晚,所以就用了厨房水槽。
我对这次预订非常失望。我到达后被告知我的预订被取消了。我没有收到任何关于此事的消息。
