About a 10 minute drive to Mystic Lake, but costs way less. Location is convenient. Close to McDonald's, Walgreens, and a hospital. Quiet. They are doing some renovations, the place does need a little work. Parking was easy. Pool was a nice temperature, soothing hot tub. They seemed a little shortstaffed, but who isn't these days. I was satisfied with my stay.

The carpet in our room, hallways and throughout the hotel was extremely dirty and stained. The door to our room would not shut on its own, the faucet in our shower did not work well. They did tell us they were laying new carpet in hotel but it should not get that bad. I would not stay again.

Parking good,ac great, bathroom fan quiet. Staff are very good. The woman at the front desk and kitchen is very good at her job. She is helpful, cordial, seems a great fit for the work!

The owners were friendly, and helped us change rooms without a hassle or any issues, when we requested a new room. We requested a new room because the carpet in the first room they put us in was filthy dirty. There was different patchy paint colors on the walls, no lampshade on the lamp, just a light bulb. And extremely mismatched furniture in the rooms. A pea green sofa and a bright red chair which were not the cleanest.
This property is under renovation and I wish I would've known that when we booked. (I wouldn't have booked).
We booked two rooms for this day as we had four people traveling with us. The second room had a very strong bleach or chemical smell in the room. Almost like they were trying to cover up a smell with a carpet deodorizer or something of that nature. I felt too guilty asking for another room because we had already requested to be moved from the first room due to the condition of that room. We "made -do" with the second room. There's also a smell of food throughout the hallways. Overall, this place needs major updates which they are working on, but we were disappointed with our stay this time, with the amount of money we spent on two rooms for two nights.

Room set up was nice but everything was dusty. You couls see stains on the pull out couch and chair next to it. Carpet felt do dirty i kept my shoes on the whole time. One of the half walls by the coffee maker you could tell was being repaired but not fixed. We had 2 rooms same room type similar issues. Will not stay again or recommend. Sad as we were for my Anniversary. Also the one set of vending machines that drinks did not work

Good location, staff were helpful. Room was in tough shape (furniture, fixtures, carpet etc. stained or damaged) and not very clean.

Very nice hotel-Needs updates
The breakfast was lovely and the place was close to my destination, but the beds are far too hard and the bath faucets should definitely be replaced. Otherwise it was good for a quick stay.
