Room smelled like bleach. Front desk helper was super nice but could not divide the bill for 2 people splitting. Coffee was undrinkable. Lobby was clean and nice but rooms need updating. Super 8 just isn’t for me. If you are on a tight budget it’s ok.

Everything was great (room, staff, cleanliness, quiet) except the breakfast. Quality was not up to par with other Super 8s where I've stayed. Had a variety of bread and muffins, but by 8 am they were out of butter and jam and didn't replenish. Line was too long for the waffle machine so the only other option was Fruit Loops or Cheerios. No yogurt, no hard boiled eggs, no sausage or cooked egg options. No fruit. This was very subpar considering they posted that breakfast was included with the room.

The room and bed were fine. Tub had a plug that worked. Breakfast was adequate. There were great towels that were very soft and absorbent. A person was not always available at the front desk and I would have liked someone to be there all the time.

I liked the lobby and the staff. But, I was very unhappy when I got to the pool and spa wasn't working. It was out order until tomorrow. But, I'm checking out tomorrow. Also, was disappointed on bathroom floor and bedroom floor they were dirty. They need to mop the floors better. No pool towels in the pool. The parking was bad...need more parking spaces! On top of it I had to get a new card when we came back from Chanhassen because it didn't work. I think it was too expensive to stay here for one night because it wasn't what I expected.

I would have given 5 star for staff until the lady at the front desk Monday morning/afternoon (7/7/2025) Calling corporate on her for sure. She was so rude. Also it was 9 AM on my check out day and the cleaning lady was knocking on my door when I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. Internet was horrible and was not able to even call down to the office since the actual phone in the room does not work.
The morning people were horrible and I went to go get breakfast and there was nothing and it was before 9 am. You can only use cash for the vending machines so make sure you have 1s
ATTN: Phone in the room didn’t even work. Internet sucks!! And I mean SUCKS!!!!
Overall a 2 out of 10 stars.
Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the late night worker was super nice and he actually tried to fix stuff but couldn’t due to the actual hotel being **********
