服务糟糕又慢。下午3:15左右办理入住,排了好久的队,4:30才办好,真是太糟糕了。我预订的是无烟双床房。他们没有我预订的房间。工作人员说我的房间“正在处理”,结果我住进了一间单人房,他们说是特大床房,结果床竟然是大床房!以后再也不住这里了。
