I like this hotel for its price it’s a decent hotel. It’s fun for the kids the breakfast is okay nothing to brag about but you also won’t go hungry, pretty clean breakfast , the rooms are a bit outdated. But we still always enjoy our stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Room for the most part was in great condition . The sink stopper wouldn't open or close. The sheet on the bed had what looked like a small blood stain . I had the eggs and sausage patties for breakfast and both were disgusting. The eggs tasted instant and were watery. The sausage tasted like it had been boiled in water .

The bathrooms were not clean, the staff didn’t seem to care, there was never anyone at the desk to ask for help. Went to breakfast, there was no coffee, they said it would be done in 5 minutes and I waited over 10 minutes. The food options were terrible, they had cereal but no bowls! And none of the staff seemed to care. Never going back

Staff was friendly. Our bed was broken when we got there (unsure how it was previously missed) but they fixed it right away. The bathtub was peeling and faucet was dripping, but otherwise the room was clean.

Everybody working at property very friendly when you need extra pillows and blankets was np or any question would stay again any when we visit valley fair would recommend too all the friends and family

Staff was super friendly. Room was mediocre, you could tell the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There were things left in there from the guest previous. Hair on the shower and walls. Lose tiles on the floor. The pool was the worst part. Since it was the reason we booked this hotel we were very sad. Kiddie pool was absolutely disgusting and the second day it was out of order. We didn’t let our child swim in the pool because of the way it looked.
