Great staff, perfect quite get away!! Breakfast is always on time and the rooms are kept clean and readily available. Definitely will return in the future

warm service, wonderful people! We stayed there three days for meeting , I misplaced my lunch box , people turned it in, front desk people put it in their refrigerator for me to pickup. ❤️

We took approximately 35 people for a 4 day & some 5 day stay. We were there to start our annual Run For The Wall trip across the USA. It is a motorcycle run to remember the POW/MIA/ KIA’s of all wars. The best part of our stay - the people working the desk & the general manager’s help booking my stay. The kitchen host made us feel home. We plan on returning next year.

Everything was smooth, customer service is great, an elevator for convenience, and location a very good plus, also direct, I booked a stay online and it was quick, I would stay again, as I stayed one night and everything was clean, I would recommend to anyone, solo or couple.

They were great and treated us well, I was with my family and the breakfast was decent being a continental breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool and the service was great and it was excited and the staff was friendly. Akia(sorry if I spelled the receptionist name wrong) was very friendly and helpful assisting us to the upmost extent. Room was clean and nice for a nice price. No complaints on our end. It was quiet and discreet. Even the other folks renting rooms there were friendly, no stragglers or mishaps. Thank you for your service and hospitality.

We had about 30 people staying for 3-5 days in our group. These folks were the kindest / most responsive we have ever had. The rooms were good and clean. We have been staying in the Ontario area for the past 17 years for the annual Run For The Wall ride to DC to remember all MIA / KIA of all wars. Absolutely recommend this hotel

Very nice room. The employee who checked us in Purposely made a point to put us on the side of the hotel away from freeway. We didn’t even ask. Every thing was clean, the bed was comfortable. Perfect

The price was good, I was a little surprised when I saw the room I didn't expect the good condition it was, and the person at the front desk that night was excellent very friendly and professional, we are very happy with our stay, if we have to go there we'll stay there again.

千万别住这里，前台工作人员粗鲁，酒店里没有维修人员，而且价格比附近其他房间更好更新的酒店高太多了。清洁人员态度很好，工作做得不错。
