Our room had cockroaches, someone was fighting outside of our door would not recommend for families

Noise, people stay up all through the night. I had maybe 2 hours of sleep. I only went there by myself for rest. The condition of the room is awful. Lady working front desk leaves people outside in the cold. She’s super old and cannot really hear when the buzzer or doorbell is sounding off…… will not go to that location again. Heater is super loud as well

This is still my favorite place to stay and safest me and my daughter and two cats enjoy being here when we are here staff are welcoming hospitality of front office is top tier and I really like having onsite laundry to do my laundry protect with cameras inside and out lately it’s been cold so no swimming for us right now but having great amenities like the heater in our room makes cold days cozy even for my pets it’s say to find parking and if you need anything more at all the office staff is a phone call away by pressing zero with your room phone and they always oblige your needs promptly even if it’s for extra towels like myself so if you need a family friendly for you and your kids to stay that affordable safe and clean this is it plus they have great family restaurants nearby happy holidays everyone… who knows if you stay will probably see each other am the one with a big smile and friendly cats that sit on the window seals for the warmth of that beautiful sunrise she’s a Spinx :)

Given dirty towels by the maid and headboards are not being cleaned bathroom floors were wet and cleaning bottle and food left in the refrigerator got to do better over all coo staff
