The shower curtain wasn’t wide enough to close. It made for a very cold shower so I purchased a liner. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The mattress on the bed seemed firm but I rolled to the middle. There were multiple stains on the carpet. This was a suite and wasn’t very comfortable or clean. My family stayed across the hall in a 2-bed room, and it was so much nicer.

There was no hot water when I told front desk he said oh I will fix it it’s because you’re farther away and the pool. Seriously what kinda of excuse is that?? I got up Sunday morning still no hot water told front desk again and all they said is I will tell manager!

Clean, comfy, most of staff was very helpful with bad tv. Only 6 channels!! But it was inexpensive and close to my friends! 💕

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this helps someone avoid wasting $100. The TV didn’t work, and when I left my room for the evening the door wouldn’t even latch — you could just push it open, which felt unsafe. In the morning, I was woken up by the loud beeping of the ice machine in the hallway. Overall, this place feels like a $60 motel. For the price, you can definitely find something better just down the street.

Worth the stay but rates can get high on some days
Our room had two queens and was very spacious. Bathroom was pretty big with excellent water pressure. Included wall mounted shampoo and conditioner which was nice as well as wall mounted body lotion if you didn't bring your own. Internet was fine and beds were comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was surprising good and the staff was friendly. It is a busy area so traffic would impede walking to the many local restaurants or activities. One entry and one exit into/out of the lot can be frustrating as the traffic is fairy heavy as mentioned before. Overall and good stay and would book again.

The first night I stayed, the fire alarm went off (sounded) twice after 1:30 a.m., in the morning...
我们等了30分钟才等到一间打扫好的房间。拿到三楼的房间后才发现电梯坏了！我们要求换房，又等了10分钟才拿到二楼的房间。我们从商店买了晚餐和汽水，结果发现制冰机里没冰。于是我未婚夫下楼去问厨房能不能给我们一些冰，结果经理告诉我们整栋楼都没有冰。
我真的很喜欢它，因为步行 5 分钟即可到达尼亚加拉大瀑布。
