I didn't like it room and also they have door to bathroom and every poor service worst I didn't see like this bad motel in my life

True to charge unexpected fee
Asked me if I will be willing to pay $10 more for an upgrade to 2 queen beds room even though I placed the order for a 2 queen beds room. When I refused to pay extra they then said that I have to pay $50 for deposit which is unfriendly to me. It took six days for the credit to show up in my credit card.

I book for me and a guest i get there they say only one person can stay in a room. When i registered for two. No pool as i. Pic

Elevator did not work. Staff not responding. We left early even though we had prepaid.

Stay away! Homeless camps everywhere. People hollering at nothing or at you or at cars. Straight up didn’t wanna leave my car in the parking lot.
