Had no shampoo and conditioner front desk never sent any I had to go look for it myself . Also the bacon undecooaked and egg tasted nasty

It was ok. If you need a ok place to stay for a couple of nights without breaking the bank
. I would not not recommend this place. Clerk was not courteous, slightly rude at times maybe.
Definitely not welcoming. Black man gets no respect even from foreigners as they gladly take my hard earned American dollar. Smh!😒

Nice Hotel
Had a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bedding looked to be recently updated. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but ok. If in this area I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Staff was pleasant although he didn’t mention broken elevator until after checking in. Looked dated but was neat with a pleasant scent. I did not like being on the 3rd floor with a disabled veteran and then the room had big and small roaches. A few crawled on the bed, bathroom and were in the refrigerator. We did not stay, we checked out immediately.

Bugs crawling on walls in room, mold in shower, floors weren’t vacuumed, carpet felt damp. Grease stains on headboard. Shower water smelled like mildew. Person who checked me in barely said a word, said my room number out loud. Water all over lobby hallway floor to elevator/in elevator. Parking lot not well lit- didn’t feel safe. Totally aware that I got what I paid for. Won’t be cheaping-out next time— that’s on me!

Arjun, who was at reception did not behave well, we asked for the tour of the room first before check in, and he simply refused. the behaviour was rude.

The beds and floor were clean but in first room there was old pee on the couch, when we let them know, they moved us to another room which was smaller. In that room we bought sandwich fixings and the refrigerator froze everything. We checked the dial and turned it down but it still froze everything. We let them know and the maintenance woman checked it and said she adjusted it but it froze our food again. Also in both rooms the complimentary coffee pot was located in the bathroom, it could have been placed in the room considering there was a desk. Twice after the room was cleaned, they didn't leave us toilet paper or enough towels for 4 people. When they offered the previous room due to issues with the fridge, they said the couch was cleaned but the couch still smelled like old urine. The pool smelled off and looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned and the bottom of it felt "slimy", the hot tub and the pool were the same temperature. The breakfast was not good. It was either runny scrambled eggs and thin bacon or small cheese omelette with tiny greasy sausages. Half the week the lady didn't put out yogurt or fruit. There was only plain bagels or English muffin, till the weekend they had both. My son spotted a roach in the bathroom one night. If we had the hotel insurance or hadn't paid for the room in advance we would have left. It was just the worst place.
