Loved their breakfast everyday, rooms were very clean, beds absolutely hated, woke up every day with my whole body hurting bad, swimming pool water was absolutely freezing cold it ****** couldnt even swim in it was so cold, hot tub felt a little colder then what it should of been set at but wasnt to bad

This is the second time staying at this location and both times we had a great experience! Staff is always helpful, our room was clean, the breakfast was good, the hotel is affordable and the amenities are kept nice. We will likely be coming back the next time we are in the area.

No horrible wifi couldn’t even get it to work without lagging issues or disconnecting multiple times. Had to use my hotspot to use my computer. The pool and hot tub were what we wanted to use but they were so filthy that you couldn’t even see your limbs under the water. And might I remind yall it’s 4 ft deep which you should have no issue seeing your feet. The elevators were extremely terrifying I had to use the stairs most of the time. Bugs and concrete in stair well. Floors in room left a sticky black substance on our feet making us have to buy alcohol to wipe off every single time. Key cards would take forever to work for doors. Ceiling by the pool was leaking. Tub was disgusting. To wrap it up I paid over 300$ for 3 nights and it was horrible, couldn’t even use any of the amenities and felt uncomfortable enough to not even shower since it was disgusting

Our room was a handicapped room on 2nd floor located next to the elevator. Upon arriving at hotel at 10pm, we immediately noticed except the broken frigerator door (wouldn't close) & it leaked water all over the floor in front of the TV (we never received extra towels at check-in). We were made to wait till the next day for it to be changed out to another one. The floors were all dirty (carpet was nasty dirty, had to wear shoes everywhere in the room & bathroom). Lastly, there were live roaches in the bathroom. We weren't offered any restitution for all of these issues. We will never go there again!

Arrived, toilet was running because handle was broken. Floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty. Attempted to deal with it first night, went to Walmart purchased bedding and cleaning products. Woke up every hour thinking something was crawling on me. Finally, got out of bed about 4:45am, discovered roaches in bathroom. Packed up my family and checked out immediately.
