床垫破旧不堪，浴室门把手坏了，在我手里掉了下来，房间非常潮湿，毛巾和床单都感觉潮湿，房间应该是无烟房间，闻起来像陈旧的香烟味，就在我们退房之前，一只蟑螂爬上了墙。房间看起来很干净，一开始没有气味，因为刚刚打扫过并喷过杀虫剂，我们出去了，当我们那天晚上晚些时候回来时，房间散发着恶臭。我们上床睡觉后，我收到一封电子邮件，询问我们的旅行怎么样，我填写并提交了，过了一会儿，门响了，说他们会把我们换到另一个房间，我们拒绝了，因为我们已经上床睡觉了，剩下的时间收拾行李搬家太麻烦了。我们几个小时后就要退房了。

The room was poorly maintenanced The walls were dirty The blankets were thin and the beds were unmade. I had to ask for new covers and sheets The toilet clogged twice. All they did was give us a plunger. Also the microwave went out And there was all kind of people just hanging out all hours of the night And the breakfast selection was terrible. All there was was muffins and cereal or they would give you waffle mix in a cup

Lighting and location felt dangerous for a single woman arriving after dark I did appreciate a native english speaker

Front desk yes, housekeeping and condition no

The from desk staff was friendly and helpful. The house keepers did not leave clean towels or wash cloths, no coffee or cups.

The ironing board was about to break and the hairdryer did not work.
