I continuously come back to this location because the lady at the front desk is an absolute delight. She engages in conversation with everyone that comes in and she is so down to earth it makes you feel comfortable immediately. I always check in rather late (this last time was 10pm 11/14) and she is still in the greatest mood and makes me forget how tired I was or what a bad day I had. I love her and she is the reason I choose this location over others in the area. She is great! She gets me in and out quickly, shows me where my room is and makes sure, I have everything I need. I will continue to come back for her bright spirit.

Bed frame was basically broken. If my husband or l even moved it felt like we were going to roll right off the bed because the mattress was only supported straight down the very middle.
Directly upon arriving the room smelled musty and gross. Cleanliness was extremely lacking.
Surfaces, especially the sink and surrounding, didn't even look wiped down. I'd say you get what you pay for, but $221 is extremely steep for what we received. We stayed here a few years ago and didn't feel this way at all. I would NOT consider this a “Deluxe” room.

The room was smelly, worn down, and filthy! The desk chair had visible stains and other items stuck to it as well.

Good price for the location. No TV remote in the room, had to call front desk to get it. Electrical outlet in the bathroom sink area completely not working, therefore blow dryer not working and couldnt use curling iron. Luckily we had brought our own hair dryer.

parking was fine… Room had a odor… The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall… The sheets seem to be clean… Overall, it was just OK but don’t think I would stay there again

No kitchen. My daughter and her fiancée stayed here I paid, said a lot of mold in bathroom, toilet sat very low to the floor. And was to be 2 dlb beds and she thought they were singles? He’s well over 6 foot Andover 300 #s They got up earlier then planned before 7:00 AM and left to go back home because they couldn’t sleep in the beds. She said the room #123 was nothing like the picture I had sent her from your website!
