Hyatt Place Columbus/Dublin is a select service hotel. That means each hotel you stay at might have full service and different amenities available. Hyatt Brand has transitioned to express housekeeping which means on the 3rd day you will receive services -trash taken out, towels replaced, and soaps replaced-If your stay encompasses extended stay then on the 5th day you will receive a full linen change. We currently have toothbrushes available at the front desk and other amenities. If you spoke to a manager on site during your stay, I would truly appreciate knowing which Team member you spoke to. I would love an opportunity to earn a positive score and provide a more enjoyable stay for you. I hope you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, free parking and our newly renovated gym. 一次不错的体验
从没住过如此酒店!入住2天没打扫卫生。一问说3天打扫一次,第三天也没打扫,然后预约第四天打扫,晚上回到酒店说忘了打扫。我都气笑了。第五天我也不想打扫了要了几个浴巾。酒店没有牙刷,拖鞋等必备用品。要了2天要到一双拖鞋。反正要住就做好心里准备带齐必备用品。
大部分员工都很棒,其中一位名叫艾米(Amy)的员工表现尤为出色。
很棒的酒店,值得入住。干净整洁,员工也很友好。
一切都很棒!这是个临时预订的地方,但结果非常完美。
性价比很高。

其中一部电梯坏了……上楼花了很长时间。除此之外,一切都很干净,员工友善,早餐也很棒……
