I would strongly recommend against staying at this hotel. It’s in quite a sketchy part of town and the property itself isn’t very secure. The carpark is shared with a couple of bars and there’s no security or fencing. When I arrived there was a group of people just hanging around which seemed a bit suss. The hotel itself is fairly rough, it hasn’t been taken care of.

Fighting for the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. One bed had dirty sheets, one pillow had no case, general dingy creepy feeling. Shared a parking lot with a bar. A lot of unsavory people and goings on around. Definitely stay anywhere else. Weird smell too.

I'm retired airline pilot with literally thousands of hotel stay experiences. This was one of the worst ever. Hotel overall is rundown with carpets, wall coverings, furniture, and fixtures broken, torn, or missing. The room was filthy including, but not limited to, trash, food scraps, and general filth everywhere. Worst of all the drapes - ALL the drapes - were splattered with either liquid food remnants or vomit. An appeal was made to hotel manager for a rate adjustment based on condition, but this was ignored. Hideous property.

Do not book or stay here. I booked a suite room for my daughter and I for 3 nights. During the day, the hotel called and said our room wasn’t available, even though we booked months in advance. They said they would substitute a different room. We were traveling, so we said ok. We arrived late afternoon. The parking lot is rutted and filthy. The lobby was dirty. There was no one at the desk to check us in! We called out, no awnser. We waited between 10 and 15 minutes. No employee ever came. We left the lobby and immediately called them. No answer. We called Choice hotels to cancel our stay, since we couldn’t even get checked in. After 90 minutes on the phone, they finally said they would cancel the following two nights of the stay, but we had to pay for the first night! Gee thanks. Total fail Choice hotels. It took them a week to issue a refund to my card.

One pillow on bed, asked for another he said he would bring one. 1am still waiting. Everything very worn and minimal. No shuttle service. No warm breakfast. Not to standards of any Quality Inn. Calling desk goes to voice mail. Tired and disappointed and sad.

The front desk person was on the phone when we arrived after a long flight from Alaska and ignored me. The carpets are dirty, there is no elevator for disabled, the hallways to the rooms had trash on the floor. The room's carpet was dirty the furniture had cigarette burns, the door to the bathroom was broken as were the opening door to a refrigerator and clothing drawers. The free coffee was a tiny coffee machine that was dirty and had water stains inside. The coffee packets only had decaf coffee. To top it off when we arrived there was a couple outside in the hotel parking lot that were fighting, a man was on the ground with the woman kicking him and throwing his clothes into parked car with the drivers door open. I told the front desk lady and she looked at the video monitors and said " I don't see nothin." This hotel is a flop house for the restaurant and bar right next door which plays music until it closes after 2 a.m. "Quality" Inn in Kent is perhaps my worse experience of any motel I have ever paid for in my life. We checked out first thing the next morning and moved to another local hotel/motel.

We stayed one night in a king non-smoking room. There was an odor in the room. The bed and linens were clean but smelled like smoke which I’m allergic to. My allergies were so bad in the night we wanted to leave but didn’t feel safe leaving in the night. We were told at front desk that a $100 deposit would be held for any damage that might occur like stains. I took pictures of all the furniture and walls to document the scratches, dings and stains that were there on arrival. One chair appeared so stained we put a towel over it before we’d sit on it. There was no remote for the tv, only one hand towel and one wash cloth for 2 people. The desk person gave me towels and said they’d send maintenance on the remote issue- that never happened. There was a lot of noise like the thumping of the base from a radio coming from another room. Carpeting was dirty, especially on the stairs and outer hallways. We’ve stayed at Quality Inns in the past and they have been acceptable. We’ve never had a room like this and will never stay at another Quality Inn.

Do not stay here, in dire need of maintenance and cleaning. Carpeted stairs from lobby were filthy, as well as surrounding floor weren’t vacuumed in the 3 days of our stay. Fridge in room stunk, mould around tub, blow dryer didn’t work, no hot water, just lukewarm. Never saw any housekeeping staff during the 3 days. Breakfast room was not monitored, guests made the coffee, toasters and microwave didn’t work on 2nd day. The manager didn’t care! Definitely not a normal Quality Inn! The one plus, beds were comfortable and sheets were clean
