Room was unfinished. The elevator made strange noises and bounced. The doors slammed terribly loud.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.
Though, they are redoing a lot of things, so there was no continental breakfast & no ice machine.
But when we had an issue withthe AC, the took care of it right away.
But I will stey there again.

The staff assured me the elevator would work so that my 85 year old disabled mother could get up and down from second floor. It did not work at checkout and I had to get my mom on floor and drag her down stairs step by step. Staff refused to get elevator fixed and did not know how to get mom down to car TERRIBLE
The queen bed in our room had a giant bowling ball sized hole in it. Mattresses not secure and slide off bed every time you get in.

The bathroom door would not close. The top bracket (where the screws go in a hold the door in place was broken. When u tried to close it, the top of the door hung down towards the person in the bathroom. My husband is blind so we didn’t want him to get hit by the door. We were also traveling with our adult son. I went to check if someone could fix it. The man at the front desk said since it was a Saturday, they did not have a repair person. He told me there were no more rooms available except for a king. We were three adults so that wasn’t enough room. I asked if he could discount the room and he said since I booked it through a travel site (*******) that he could not. It was very frustrating having to go to the restroom and shower with the door open. The hotel did not want to work with me at all.

They advertised free breakfast and did not even have a vending machine. Had to get keycards rekeyed twice as locked out of room. No washcloths or coffee lids in room. Found four packages of snacks that previous guests had left behind on a shelf.

Ok, but not staying again.
When checking in, i had to wait a few minutes for him to get to the front, but he was nice & apologized for the wait. Check in was easy & seamless. The room was newly renovated it appeared. Room did need cleaned better however. The bed was so hard & uncomfortable, i hardly slept. While everything was ok, i won't stay here again because the beds were so terrible.

Hotel was ok said it had breakfast not true and my biggest complaint was the beds they were extremely hard my back still hurt's

Homeless people hanging out by the front door for my entire stay, not a good impression
They were there all day and overnight surrounded by trash bags filled with their belongings. If I was the manager I’d ask them to hang outside in the back, not at the front entrance.

There was no breakfast the pool was under construction the ice machine didn’t work and there was hardly any hot water. I asked to be accommodated for this but ******* wouldn’t allow for that. I feel as much as I paid I should have gotten more for my money. I’d like some type of compensation for this stay
