Did not resemble the photographs at all -- I am sorry I didn't grab any of my own. Bed trim was horribly stained, microwave was dirty, room was visibly worn down. The pictures promised corporate efficiency, but the room itself felt like college apartment.
Woke up on my first morning and was horrified to realize there was no toilet paper. Thank goodness I bought napkins!
After my shower, discovered hair dryer was broken. I requested a replacement and got handed off from one shift to the next without repair. Staff arrived at 11:45 PM with a replacement... which was also broken. I finally had to DoorDash a hair dryer for myself. I asked for at least some correction on my bill, but no one could answer if that was possible.
Overall, I was disappointed that the pictures and previous review suggested a quality stay when my experience was anything but.

DO NOT STAY HERE, was dirty and not even close to as advertised. It smelled! We returned our key 5 minutes after seeing the room. And the hotel AND ******* refuse to refund. Avoid this place like the plague.
