The room smells horrible I let the door open for an hour to get some air circulation the fridge was so loud the only way to make it stop was to leave it open I want a refund please the gentleman up front was dismissive and not helpful

Bed was comfy and fridge/freezer worked well. Shower barely warm. Carpet with many stains. The first room they gave me smelled like urine.

Room had a kitchenette but there were no pots or pans, plates or silverware. The room was moderately clean and very rundown. We did not have hand towels in the bathroom.

Looks decent on the outside, should be condemned on the inside. Absolutely filthy!! Smelled terrible, food inside the A/C unit. Worst experience in a motel I’ve ever had. I slept on my son’s couch after the first night of my 3 night reservation. Disgusting!!

Bed was terrible
Check in went great, friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained. BED WAS SO HARD IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY SLEEP. You rent a hotel room to sleep, when you can't do much of that, it defeats the purpose of getting a room. Terrible stay.

The property was very old and run down. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. It was a convenient locations.
