Amy checked us in and was amazing. We forgot our wedding gift when we left on an uber and she went upstairs to look for it and kept it so we could retirieve it when we came back from the wedding. Also the young lady that worked the night shift was super friendly while we waitied for pizza! Great customer service. Pool was wonderful! Drinks were delcious!

Hotel is always being renovated. Staff is good. Phone in room along with TV did not work. Overall room was clean but stained sheets. Not bad just disappointing for the money. Area has some restaurants.

我们进房间的时候，发现一个房间又旧又脏，墙上还有洞！另一个房间也很普通，很脏，我们既没有吹风机，也没有客服电话！然后，我们准备离开的时候，一进停车场，车就被偷了！而且摄像头还坏了，真是巧了！！！我再也不住那里了！
喜来登酒店超额预订了我的房间！
我抵达丹佛机场后（经过20个小时的飞行），收到了喜来登酒店工作人员的邮件，说他们的系统出了问题，我的房间超额预订了。结果，那天晚上我没有房间了，他们让我改去智选假日酒店。
幸好我落地后查看了邮件。否则，我去喜来登酒店就白费了。
智选假日酒店是一家两星级酒店，和喜来登根本不在一个档次。到目前为止，我还没有收到任何喜来登酒店的退款。他们太不专业了。
