The overall customer service is terrible. Each shift does not want to help you. If you ask for service on first they tell you to wait for second due to housekeeping. If you for service on second shift they tell you to they are washing for housekeeping and have nothing. And forget about third shift. You should have no request of any kind between 11pm and 7 am. This was told to me repeatedly from 3rd shift. I work late so sometimes it is my only option especially since it can be two weeks before mandatory room service. With 4 towels and 2 wash clothes, that can be challenging for the very person who pays their salaries. Without customers they would have no job. Yet the customer service across the board is lazy, rude and passes the buck with no resolution. I am glad you’re selling. And it was no shock to me. Management is everything and there obviously is none here. As to every excuse not to serve the customer was met with talk to manager Whitney. She knows and doesn’t care.

This hotel is not what the pictures are there is no lobby the front desk attendant wasn’t there after night fell the fire alarms constantly going off outdated building this place is not worth the time I went to my car to grab an item I saw someone come outside pee on the building and started to smoke a blunt next to the entry way seems like most people that are there live there our floor smelled like old food and pee my son and I turned on the shower and black stuff like dirt started to come out the shower head I don’t know how but it did the room seems like it was glossed over the bedding looks like it’s been there for years the beds lumpy and flat like someone laid in it and never got up found old moldy cereal box in cabinet the breakfast is packaged muffins or stale oatmeal and cold coffee the prices online are a lie also seems like they want a good buck for bare minimal I’ve read reviews after the stay to see what people said and the replies they got from corporate on how they will improve they never did that building should be demolished

We have been staying at this hotel for the Dublin Irish Fest for 10 years or more, but after this year we are looking elsewhere. It was always kind of run down, but no bugs in the room and easy access to and from the Irish Fest for a reasonable price. After making my reservations almost a year in advance, I called a few days before we were to arrive to find out about early check in. First, the clerk could not find my reservation and then 'found it' for the wrong dates. Finally when giving my confirmation# he did find the reservation, I then tried to confirm the room type - king suite - and was told they only have a few king beds now and all are occupied, we will have 2 double beds. Not happy, but OK. So then I sent a message through the corporate site asking if my quoted price should now be less since we cannot get king room. That afternoon I got a call from Tiffany who stated that she is the GM for that hotel and since I have a complaint before I even check in, she will be cancelling my reservation and I can find somewhere else to stay! This is 3 days before a huge festival, no other hotels would have space! I literally had to plead with her for 10 minutes before she agreed to not cancel our reservation... we arrived on check in day hoping there would be a room for us. Upon check in we were told that they were now a Select Suites and no longer provide dishes, silverware, coffeemaker or extra towels but 'she had not thrown them out yet' so they would provide it to us free of charge (looking at their website now they offer dishes and towels for a fee). It is beyond me why anyone would book a room with full kitchen and not need these items! The room was clean but in bad shape. The toilet did not flush reliably and as you can see from the photos the night table drawer looked like a graffiti wall and bathtub fixture was falling off the wall and dresser chipped. The halls and elevator stunk like overcooked food and the room was so damp that any papers left in the room were damp to the touch. I spoke to their corporate guest relations and hope they call me back. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this property!!

Love the Extended stay in Dublin Ohio. ALL the staff are wonderful. We have stayed at a few Extended Stays since we started our adventure in November. Shout out to Shariese for all her excellent work as well as the rest of the staff. The laundry room is top notch!

Staff was great. The location wasn't ideal for me. I think they could use a few more mattresses. I like the free parking lot. I had some worries about this person in the parking lot, but everyone there said that I will be fine. I gave 3 stars because it was average

not really a business hotel. it is nice for just an apartment type feel. i wanted the crisp sheets, got used sheets, i wanted a duvet, i got a scratchy blanket. i wanted breakfast, i got oatmeal. staff is nice enough, just not for me....might be for someone else

First staff was good, they are nice but i don't know why they call this a hotel. Its not no housekeeping its not good to clean your own bed and toilet. Dishes are used, fridge noisy, not alot of vending food just not good enough for me. Maybe needs points
