The rooms were stink to high heaven. I had to choose between three the beds are full-size. I don’t know how they say. Four people can fit in a room with a full-size bed and a full-size pullout. They were just awful and the smell was just atrocious.

Overall the room is nice and all but I hate dirty tub .. that tub was really disgusting to look at.. I took a shower in the sink…. I hate a dirty looking tub..but overall the location and hotel itself is really nice

Terrible experience. Dirty room and bed and when asked to move to a different room the staff refused even though there were rooms available. Didn’t have any blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa bed we needed

people on floor above me running around through 400 am, no one at the front desk to report it to. Will not stay at location in future. Do not recommend for anyone visiting Columbus.

The room had holes in the carpet, bathroom was disgusting including the tub caulking was missing in areas in and around the tub. The front desk did inform of the shower pull drain being broken however the entire room was very unclean. The room was on the 3rd floor and when you got off the elevator the heat hit you in the face. Terrible stay

Had to look for a front desk person to check me in. Room could have been cleaner. Couldn’t adjust temp in room. Felt like the floor wasn’t sturdy in some places in the hallway, and felt the same way in bath tub. Shower fixtures were very hard to adjust
