The staff was very nice and friendly
The room does need improvement, everything was outdated, the bathroom needs updating. The water pressure was very bad, I could only get a little bit at a time, the faucets and shower head was rusty and dirty. There should be safety bars in the bathroom near the toilet and tub.

I stayed here previously. Last time they had turkey sausage at breakfast. This time... no meat. Aerator was missing from the sink faucet and overhead light was out over the sink area.

停车场感觉不安全，早餐休息室有股异味。房间（我订了两间）很不干净，床头板和床头柜明显没除尘，我用手指摸了摸床头板，手上和手指上都沾满了灰尘。没有纸巾，卫生纸也只剩不到一半。卫生纸和纸巾上的精美花朵图案确实不错，但房间这么脏，这些装饰完全没必要。墙壁需要重新粉刷，因为墙面都刮花了。淋浴间里有明显的霉菌，如果能先把填缝剂清除干净并漂白后再重新填缝就好了。淋浴杆没有固定好，我出淋浴间的时候它掉了下来，我报告了这个问题，酒店也已经修好了。作为会员，我住过其他精选酒店，我可以负责任地说，这是我住过的房间最脏的一次，房间需要好好整修。还有一点，提前入住要额外收费25美元，我离入住时间还有20分钟才到，居然还要额外付提前入住费？感谢您提供反馈意见。如果需要更多信息，我很乐意提供，我已经拍了照片。
房间非常脏乱，破败不堪。整个地板上积了一层污垢，看起来已经很久没拖过了。窗帘的一端竟然有一张蜘蛛网，里面还有一只蜘蛛。水龙头出水量很小，即使开到最大，水量也只有正常值的一半不到。浴帘两端各少了一颗螺丝，导致中间下垂，无法完全拉上。淋浴喷头严重结垢，需要更换。
员工态度不错。房间里浴室门后有虫子和污垢。浴缸锈迹斑斑，还有血迹滴落。床单泛黄，灯也不亮。我拍了照片，给经理看了。后来换了一间房，水龙头漏水，水都流到房间的过道上了。吊扇自己关掉了，灯整晚都在闪烁。所有东西都很老旧破败。免费早餐还不错。员工很友好。
这是我住过的最糟糕的酒店！房间里弥漫着下水道的臭味，脏兮兮的，除了早餐服务员之外，其他员工都非常粗鲁。维修人员未经允许就闯入我们的房间，让我感觉非常不安全。我的所有投诉都无人理睬，反而遭到了他们恶劣的态度和充满敌意的言语攻击。就算房间只要50美元一晚，我也不会再住这家酒店了。奉劝各位，千万别来这家酒店。
