The staff are very friendly, we've checked in easily. As well as the room is nice and clean. I think the only bad thing about the room is that the hot water in my bathroom is very low, a bit cold for me. In addition, the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, but provides shower gel and hand soap. Breakfast is available and free for everyone, but there are few varieties and styles, only sausages, eggs and fruits, pancakes and coffee milk every day. The room has air conditioning, which can be hot or cold, which is a good thing. Overall, it is still very good and very convenient to the Grand Canyon.

之前也是住过这个连锁酒店，和这个很不一样，这个非常欧式风格，设计的很像度假的那种小别墅，十分精致，服务也做的相当不错，就是早餐服务差了点，品种也单调，其他都还好，下次还会考虑入住这家酒店
设施：酒店设施维持的挺好，但是我屋子里的closet门把手，一打开就掉了，多亏我给前台打电话问有没有瓶装水，然后告诉他门把手掉了，他才说会记在note里，以防我会被charge。我的天，这电话不打估计要扣我的钱？ 就住了一个晚上。早餐简单，样式不多。户外的泳池是热水。 BTW如果你是选择去大峡谷旅行，那么从这里到大峡谷开车需要一个半小时，想在大峡谷多停留几日，不建议住在这里。如果你从其他城市开车自驾，想要找一个落脚的地方，第二天继续出发那么这里是不错的选择。

前台接待小哥非常热情礼貌，酒店很新，卫生很好，出来就有多家餐馆，方便快捷！
服务热情，我们订两间房，她给了一个套房，房间干净，有冰箱，微波炉。很合适中国人需求。
和家人一起度假旅行。酒店不错，价格也合理。
