Staff was warm & welcoming. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. Front desk answered our questions & always had a friendly greeting!

I was given a room that was directly by the lobby and by the elevator. It was incredibly loud. I could hear the elevator going up and down all night and guests talking loudly until late into the evening. If you are to stay and receive room 116 my suggestion is to move rooms. Unfortunately, was there for a large event and could not move rooms. Virtually every hotel in Phoenix was booked. The hotel was otherwise clean and in a good location.

酒店很干净，入住很方便。我们的房间很冷。暖气没有吹出暖风。早上迫不及待地想离开。早餐很少，也不好吃。我把暖气的问题告诉前台，他们应该通知维修人员。位置很方便，价格适中。
床很硬
总体来说，住宿体验不错。我们最后住进了一间残疾人专用房，所以房间很大。床很硬，所以我每天都会背痛。客房服务很不及时。有一天他们只给我们毛巾，另一天他们会整理我们的床。在我们 7 天的住宿期间，他们只整理过一次床。我们不是每天都有客房服务，但没有让员工知道我们不需要每天或每三天一次，这是他们的政策。酒店距离餐厅仅几步之遥。早餐不错，有各种食物。每天都有不同种类的鸡蛋。土豆煮得不太好。每天都有香肠。您可以自己制作原味或草莓华夫饼。果汁、茶、咖啡和热巧克力。
