Yes room was ok, staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Could have had a little more choices for hot beverages like coffee and creamer choices. And hot tea there are 2 basic choices. Other than that the night stay was decent

The door had a large gap that allowed visible light from the outside, the air conditioner sounded like a police siren, and the worst part was the issue of NO hot water in the shower. I also thought the hotel was only accessible by the lobby according to the website picture, but every room is actually accessible by the parking lot, therefore this is a motel not a hotel. I would suggest ******* not advertise for this dump and certainly do not allow customers to make a reservation here. I am so upset I am going to contact Best Western corporate office also.

The facility was okay, in need of some updates to the rooms and outer areas. Our biggest complaint is the lock on our door wasn't working, and we had to go to the front desk everyday to let us into our room. One night we weren't able to get into our room, and there was no one in the office to help us.

Had a problem with door. Handyman did a patch job. Fridge froze everything. Had it replaced. Wifi was weak. Had intermittent connection . Had to get my keys reprogrammed twice. Best part of the hotel was the location. Great for getting to the race track

Had to get room keys reset every single day. Bed was old and lumpy. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Toilet ran continuously and then started whistling the last night. So no sleep. TV buffered to much and no proper channel guide. Walls no longer insulated properly so listened to neighbors on both sides. AC left a little to be desired. Overall a very poor experience. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Fair price , clean comfortable room. Kinda in the middle of nowhere. Not a whole lot around the place. Located in a residential neighborhood which is different.
