因为转机在这里住了一晚。酒店设施齐全,前台员工非常有礼貌。早餐种类不多,只有华夫饼和吐司之类的,但我本来就预料到了,所以也没什么失望的。总的来说,这是一个干净舒适的酒店,适合转机或短住几晚。
还可以吧,比较安静,挨着5号公路,比较方便。卫生也比较干净,早饭还好。前台服务很不错。
我们的住宿还行。
客户服务不算好,但也不是最差的。
房间干净程度一般。床单很干净。窗帘掉下来了,里面有红色/棕色的污垢。窗户边缘长出了绿色的东西。淋浴喷头出水的地方有棕色的污垢,水旋钮周围也有污垢。空调效果很好。墙壁很薄,即使在角落的房间里,我们也能听到谈话声、家具移动声和人们走动声。
早餐种类很少。华夫饼、鸡蛋、香肠、酸奶、两种麦片和两种面包。华夫饼和麦片还不错。香肠不太好。
酒店似乎位于安全区域。我们入住期间,我们和我们的车辆都没有发生任何事故。
在我看来,酒店的价格与价值不符,但我们很安全,可以安然入睡。
只在万不得已的情况下才会入住。
位置很棒,停车场里还有一家很棒的咖啡馆。然而,酒店本身令人沮丧,走廊昏暗,设施破旧(我脑子里一直在播放“红朗姆酒,红朗姆酒”的歌)。墙壁很薄,所以你能听到所有的声音。我们听到隔壁邻居的声音是从浴室的通风口传出来的。我们没有沐浴皂,只有洗发水和薄毛巾。我们家的马桶上方天花板漏水,我们不敢上厕所,因为我们不想让可疑的水/污水滴到头上。床很不舒服。早餐不错,用餐区也很温馨。除非附近没有其他选择,否则我不推荐住在这里。
酒店各处和网站上都没有禁止吸烟的标志。我们一进房间就闻到一股烟味,而且设施非常陈旧。冰箱的冷冻室坏了,我们房间的套房区域空调没有送风。第二天晚上,晚饭后我们就能闻到烟味,感觉好像有人在我们房间里。如果关上浴室的门,等到晚些时候再打开的时候,里面的味道会非常难闻。退房时间是11点,但我们的房间钥匙在10:30之前就被关闭了,所以幸运的是,我们其中一个人在房间里取行李的时候还在房间里。因为有足球锦标赛,我们本来想多订一晚,但最后还是决定再订一晚。烟味实在让人无法忍受。退房时,我告诉了前台我们的问题,希望管理层能按照我的要求提供帮助。
客户服务很平庸,前台服务员似乎有更重要的事情要做,而不是帮助我。客房服务和负责处理混乱早餐的女士都对我笑了笑,而我几乎没看到他们。我们房间的浴室竟然没有洗手液?!垃圾篮里竟然没有袋子。我们在空调附近的地板上发现了一些玻璃杯,地毯看起来也需要彻底清洁。我们房间的门关不严,我们出去的时候必须用力拉把手,或者在里面用力推,直到听到门关上的声音。
