The room itself was great. We were there 4 days. Our trash was never taken out. Someone came by to get our dirty linens but didn’t replace them. I had to go to the front desk for trash bags, bedding, towels and washcloths. The breakfast was empty each morning less than an hour after breakfast started. The facility was somewhat unkept and run down. The staff member upfront during the evenings seemed annoyed by any guest who required assistance with anything.

Little mini family get away
My family had a wonderful time, hotel staff was wonderful and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean the only problem we had was the chlorine in the pools are extremely high, after we went swimming we were all super ill for hours after :( we literally went to sleep at 630pm till around 830 or so then woke up and felt ok but still alittle off with terrible headaches and nausea, but once we woke up we continued to enjoy our time there just didnt use the pool anymore

Nice stay…until I was stuck on the elevator
The conditions were nice and the room was a great size. My only complaint was only being offer IHG points after being stuck on the elevator. I would’ve preferred a partial refund of my stay but as I was dealing with a death in the family I decided to deal with it later
