We liked the size of the rooms, there was a lot of problems in the room
The toilet wasn't anchored on one side so it leaked, the tub has a water leak and the floor was dirty (ceramic tile)
I requested the room ne serviced and floor mopped. Maid came in and changed the towels and took i trash. Nothing else was done.

Property was clean and staff was helpfull.in assisting with dinner recommendations and driving directions. The only draw back with continental breakfast was lacking. It was carb loaded with no protein. Coffee was good. Offered waffles, beagles, muffins, cereal, and bananas. I would stay there again.

Have enough parking but honestly for $20 more u can have a better room in other hotel, the room are dirty shower really moldy floor are really dirty

The room smelled like cigarettes, and there was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat, even though it’s a non smoking facility. The bed was clean but older and squeaky. The rest of the room was clean and functional. It’s definitely an older hotel and there’s lots of fresh paint. The room door was sagging and I had to pick it up to lock it. The door also didn’t like to latch all the way. There’s room for improvement, the ceiling in the bathroom is office ceiling tiles and with the moisture the tiles are sagging. But…the property was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. They even offer other toiletries if you forgot one.

Except of the young man specifically the lady on Wednesday I only ask for hot water and completely

We encountered 3 staff members in two days, a particular lady at front counter was very unpleasant. She seemed to be bothered easily. Not the treatment you will expect from someone in hospitality business, rolling her eyes as I asked questions. I continue to conduct my business without acknowledging her rudeness. Had to encounter her in three occasions. She could probably benefit from a customer service course. The walls in the room were dirty and so was the rug throughout the hotel. Refrigerator was very dirty on the inside, we spend two nights, will not return above all based on customer service.

An older handicapped room. Many dings and bruises, bumps and scrapes. But overall, an attractive and comfortable room. Excellent bed, superb grab bars in bathroom. Very satisfied.
