they don't let people know ahead of time when they have a breaking in and they don't have your room ready on time of check in and they also expect you to pay an extra $100 for any damages.It was very bad service

The tv did not work & wouldn’t turn on, the toilet seat was missing pieces, the staff wasn’t able to give us a key card to our door because they stated it was not working, we did not have any towels in our room. it was stated on the listing that a crib would be available, it was not. there is also no free breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Room didn’t have soap or rags. People hanging out in the parking lot after dark. Breakfast was not very good.

这家酒店太老旧了，急需翻新。没有咖啡机，吹风机也坏了。只有一条浴巾和一条擦手巾。不过，我一要求，前台服务员很快就提供了额外的毛巾。睡得倒是挺舒服的。
太糟糕了，这里没空调也没枕头，连毛巾都没有，而且我钱都付了还不让取消…… 我还付了早餐钱，结果早上7点竟然没早餐供应，这太让人难过了，这个地方真是脏乱差！
非常糟糕，进入房间时发现房间里缺少很多东西，除了冰箱后面不属于我的东西外，这让我感到很难过，这意味着清洁团队没有做好他们的工作。
