No Disappointment

Needs TLC
I booked for 4 days stay ! First room we got the AC was not working. The new room the toilet won’t flush. Front Desk JOYCE was very very nice and fixed toilet .. The room had a smell, Wet carpet smell . Every time we came back to room it smelled. I bought air fresheners to help with smell. My sister law room had the same smell so I Just did not ask to get moved . Maybe wash carpets often. The Hotel needs some TLC. JOYCE was very nice always made you feel welcome when she seen you !! Now the other staff not so friendly.

I was given stinking room and bath room flush was not working at all. I have complained in the reception and they were trying to convince me to upgrade the room to King, where someone has to sleep in couch. Also they mentioned that they don't have queen beds rooms available to move me from stinking room to new one.
Later they have immediately gave new room when we strongly opposed to take king bed room.
They have provided only one bath soap and only 3 towels when we book the room for 4 guests. Seems we have to ask for all the required things.

Insufficient room insulation. High ceilings were great space between rooms but there must have been elephants in the room above mine who were tramping back and forth continuously until 11:30 p.m. and began at 5:00 a.m.
