There was shopping, dining, and a theater nearby. It was so fun going for sushi and a movie with my uncle. The room was also very comfortable and they served hot breakfast with grab and go items as well.

I know it might sound harsh but unless you have absolutely no other choice, DO NOT STAY HERE.
I’ve been to several Quality Inns and non were nearly as unkept and dirty.
First of all, as soon as you get on to the floor the entire space has a bad odour, I doubt those carpets have ever been properly cleaned.
Once in the room, I found blood stains on the sheets and urine stains on the towels. The bathroom door had a hole on the bottom as if someone had kicked it, and the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly. I also got hives from the bed even after changing rooms because my tub was clogged!
Not a place I would ever take my family or feel comfortable having my children sleep in, I was travelling alone from Canada so I just put up with it for a couple of nights but I would never return. Honestly shocked at the negligence on behalf of the owners, but I do take responsibility for choosing the “best rate” in the area, because clearly you get what you pay for. I just wouldn’t pay to stay at a slum lord motel EVER again.

Room was not clean, there was roaches crawling on us in the bed, dead roaches in the nightstands, bed was not comfortable, mattress kept popping Everytime you moved, bedding was dirty, asked for new bedding and was told there was none, bathtub smelled like urine, mold in the shampoo and conditioner dispenser, air conditioner kept stopping all night had to unplug and plug back in to reset was in room 206 and the hotel quality inn hall of fame Canton they refused to give a refund.

I booked for 1 night & then booked a 2nd night. I received a phone call at 12:05 am Sunday morning & no one answered. 10 minutes later someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk demanding my id. 2 bags of clothing was also missing. I followed up on the clothing on 11/13/25 & the same person said housekeeping removed them & didn't know where they put them.

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.
The front desk attendant didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in even though there was no one else in the small lobby. She was working on the computer and finally said “Hello” after a couple of awkward minutes. I understand if something had to be finished but “I’ll be with you shortly “

Absolutely filthy. Bedding had stains and hair. Bathroom had stained hand towels and tape around shower knob.
There is no elevator so you have lug you stuff up and down stairs. Rooms are extremely small. I paid for a double Queen and ended up getting put in a double standard and when we tried to cancel 1 of the 2 nights booked ******* was useless as was the hotel. I will no book through ******* ever again. This was the first time using their services and I was more than disappointed.

Great property. It was pretty quiet, which was a plus. Right next to a Dunkin Donuts. My only complaint was the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, I'd probably stay again.

I booked a double queen bed and only received two full beds. Bottom of shower was stained black and the room had a moldy musty smell. Same thing was served for breakfast both days. There was no elevator. With no elevator how are they handicap complaint?
