Just not a good stay. Moldy smell as soon as I entered the room, had to go to Walmart and get air fresheners to bare it. Then bugs. Ants, a ton of ants. Be cautious of booking here.

Our stay was okay. Th room and bathroom were generally clean. The room had an uncomfortable smell; it smelled like old, dirty carpet or mildew.

This place was really nice! I stayed at a competitor down the street and the place was very dirty. Left after 1 night and came here, it was a BIG step up.

Nice staff but this is not a 3 star property... feels much closer to a budget brand like red roof inn or motel 6. Extremely noisy AC system in room and very loud neighborhood kids in the lot late at night. Bathtub in pretty poor shape. We will not be returning.

Rooms need to be updated for the price it was a little underwhelming.. especially the bathtubs and the dirty comforters . But the staff was AMAZING!! Especially my man J!! They were very helpful with everything and extremely polite .. for the location it was excellent but for the price they need to do some renovations.. also had trees being taken down in the property at 8am in Saturday all day LONG..

This is a great value for the price! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, there was a damp smell in my room. The staff moved me to another room, but it had a stronger odor. I was able to deal with it for one night since I was only staying for the night. Other than that issue, the place was great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Hampton. All of the staff was amazing, but Kevin in particular went above and beyond to help us get rooms together and was generally a great vibe! The rooms are exceptionally well sound proofed. Probably the best sound proofing of any hotel I have stayed at, including the bathroom. It felt like a quiet oasis in there :) We will definitely be back next time we are in Hampton. It is also walkable to a gas station and a big shopping center only a few minute drive away!
