The room was clean, more than enough towels etc. They did not have to enter my room during my stay but offered towels etc. if I wanted anything. Complimentary bkf. was a big plus. All staff very courteous.

Faily clean room and faily helpful friendly staff. Water pressure qas low and air circulation was poor. No fan in the bathroom. But not the worst hotel ever. We still comfortable rest at night at hot breakfast in the morning.

Check in was very quick. Room was clean there was definitely some wear and tear in the room but it was perfect for our stay for an event at the coliseum.

Room had a weird smell, the tub had rust stains and noticeable peeling, and the bathroom sink water pressure was very low. Staff was friendly.

No housecleaning. Breakfast was not very good. Same food in the 3rd floor hallway when I got there and when i left three days later

You can also call front desk to request service if needed more frequently. We have placards in the room with this information on it for everyone's convenience. I am glad it was “off the beaten path” from all of the other hotels for Homecoming. Because of that, it was quiet!

Bed was hard. Lights bulbs not working, door to bathroom would stick and make very loud noise when opening/closing. The breakfast was horrible, never had such bad tasting sausage gravy. The hotel itself was not bad, however the are had a lot of vagrants and panhandlers. Approached several times getting into and out of our vehicle.
