I did not like the breakfast selection since it was junk food. Try having cereal, yogurt for better nutritional value

Just ok
No trashcan in bathroom, not outlit but 1. Very poor update. Paint job and patch work is horrible. Theu provide the bare minimum and the cleaning could be better

Does not include breakfast, however hotel built with large (but empty and unused) breakfast area. Hotel advertisement for breakfast included should be removed (picture shows hot foods, i.e. scrambled eggs, grits, etc.). Thank you.

Unimpressed.
Coffee is the main lobby was cold. Holes EVERYWHERE in various walls. Ended with having NO HOT WATER in our room. Overall…incredibly unimpressed & would never stay at a Country Inn again.
Staff was very pleasant, although unhelpful or caring with the shower/water issue. The older gentleman serving breakfast was SO SWEET!

酒店回复: Thanks for your feedback! The coffee in the lobby is a mere courtesy from the hotel and NOT a requirement of the brand. It's hard to believe that there was NO hot water in your room while all other rooms in the hotel had plenty of hot water. You were advised that please leave the faucets running for a minute or two to get hot hot water but you were too impatient to do so.

we had ti get a completely new room because the first one was very dirty. the air created a horrible smell and set off the smoke alarm i don’t recommend staying here!

Mold! Absolutely horrible! The mini frig leaks causing the carpet on the floor to mold. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and when looked under the sink, there was more mold, black mold! The sower drain was slow/clogged. The tv remote was sticky, the curtains would not close. We could not get out of there fast enough! Surprised the Board of Health doesn’t close the place down. Beware-don’t stay

酒店回复: You could not get out faster because you were asked to leave the hotel from all the complaints from your neighbouring rooms. This slander is a way to get back at the hotel for NOT returning your security deposit and which was held due to all the smoking in the room and other damages.

The hotel needs updated caution tape everywhere hot tub didn’t work. We were there for a half hour and checked out the icing on the cake was when I went to the restroom wash my hands got a clean towel that I thought was clean to dry my hands with, and it was soaking wet. The bathtub was disgusting and even had a hanger in the drain for some reason the staff was friendly and nice though. but did not refund my money.
