I rented a room in this place on a recommendation from a friend because it was near her house and she said it was a nice area; which it was. When I went up to the 3rd floor to my assigned room I immediately felt unsafe. There were children running around the hallways while a woman ate out in the open. Then there were 3 dudes who I could tell were up to no good. They were all looking and making comments about my sneakers. Had any of them asked what was my sneaker size it would have been a serious problem. I asked the woman who checked me in to change my room to the first floor. She did and the moment I walked in there were a few roaches running around. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Great petting zoo for roaches
I have videos of roaches and ants. Door card stopped working twice. One at night when no one was at the front counter. Sat up front on the floor with two littles waiting for someone to show up to let us in. Then she had an attitude with me like it was my fault. Bad stay, rude staff, nasty place...

My mattress was really worn out. I had roaches in my room. Nasty smells. Carpets old and filthy. Homeless people sleeping under the stairs. It seems it’s a property for section 8 beneficiaries, not really an hotel for traveling people.

I waited 10 mins when we arrived then I called and front desk was rude and said why call and had a snobby attitude the whole time

1. No staff at the counter at 8.45pm onwards, the shutters are down 9pm onwards , huge inconvenient when checked-in late night as no one was there and shutters were down
2. No room cleaning in 3 days of stay
3. No cups/glass, no utensil in the kitchen
4. No TOILET pater holder in the bathroom
5. No Iron/iron board in the room
6. Water or soda dispenser in the lobby out of service
7. If room key is displaced, the hotel will charge $25
8. Toiletry are not provided
9. Room was not cleaned in three days of stay
As the long-member of *******, the suggestion for ******* is to review the hotels in their website listing. ******* should return our money for this pathetic experience.

My son stayed here and there were roaches everywhere! The amount of money you pay to stay here you shouldn’t have to deal with bugs to where you can’t sleep. Should be refunded!!

Okay hotel for the price
The pool in the pictures look much larger than it was in real life I know this is a common thing but it was very very small. There were no doors on the cabinets in our room and the countertop had lots and lots of gouge marks from people using it as a cutting board. We noticed several bugs during our stay and the bathroom door was warped so that it would not shut properly. The air conditioning worked amazing the beds were comfortable. The hallway smelled like fried chicken and the stairwell had a very chemical smell.
千万别住这，有臭虫，而且特别脏。
Run sleep outside anywhere but this place trust me
我第一个房间不干净，但他们给我换了一个房间，新房间好多了。
